Love Your Lungs is formulated with herbs that traditionally have been used to fight lung infections. This is my personal go-to blend that I like to have on hand for pretty much any infection that involves my respiratory system, especially when I feel it in my lungs. It is not intended as a preventative or tonic (for that I use our Fire Cider, Elderberry Syrup, Elderberry Elixir, or Immune Building Chai), but more as something I turn to for help when I need it. An essential formula to have on hand for the times we are living in.
