Cold & Flu Season Staple
INGREDIENTS: elderberries, ginger, cinnamon, rose hips, cardamom, cloves, lemon, vanilla, honey, brandy (small amount so it keeps during shipping)
Our Elderberry Syrup has lots of antiviral elderberries, along with antimicrobial spices such as ginger, cloves, cardamom, & cinnamon. We also added rose hips & lemon juice for added vitamin C. This syrup is a MUST HAVE for your immune-boosting cold and flu season arsenal. It’s great by the tablespoon as a daily preventative, plus it tastes AMAZING over pancakes or ice cream!
Directions: As a Preventative-take 1-2 tablespoons daily.
At the very first sign of cold or flu-take 1-2 tablespoons EVERY HOUR until feeling better, then taper down the dose till you’re back to once per day.
