Immune Building Chai
Immunomodulating spicy decaf herbal chai
A spicy, warming, decaf blend that is a staple for the colder months. The herbs in this chai are chosen for their immunomodulating effects. It’s a great choice for daily consumption, especially on cold, dreary fall and winter days.
Directions: Use 1 tablespoon per cup. Put in saucepan with desired amount of water. Bring to boil, then lower heat and simmer, covered on the stove for 30 minutes. Strain, add sweetener and milk if desired, and enjoy!
