Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) aerial parts in organic vegetable glycerine.
Lemon Balm has traditionally been used to relieve tension, to relax, to uplift, and for digestive support. It is also antiviral. This glycerite tastes amazing and can be used as an evening cordial, by itself or in sparkling water for a refreshing and cooling beverage. It is alcohol free and so is a great choice for those who are sensitive to alcohol. Children tend to love the taste of lemon balm.
Suggested use is 1-3 dropperfuls as needed, up to 4 times daily, or before bed to relax and support a good night’s sleep.
