Soothe My Soul was formulated with the extremely overwhelmed individual in mind. If you feel like you’re barely able to keep your head above water, or you’re burning the candle at both ends, especially if you are also feeling anxious and stressed, Soothe My Soul may help you to take a deep breath and relax. It can be taken as needed throughout the day, or in the evening for sleep support.
A nervine trophorestorative is an herb or formula that helps to nourish and rebuild a burnt out nervous system.
To Use: 1-2 dropperfuls as needed, or 3 times a day for maintenance. If sleep support is desired, try 2 dropperfuls a half hour before bed, and then again at bedtime.
