Traditional Wellness Blend
FIRE CIDER-a blend of spicy herbs in apple cider vinegar and honey, is an old traditional remedy made popular by one of the Grandmother of Herbalists, Rosemary Gladstar. This one is a classic organic blend of onion, garlic, horseradish, cayenne, turmeric, thyme, black pepper, lemon, and ginger in raw apple cider vinegar and raw honey. Fire Cider is traditionally used for Winter Wellness, immune health, to ward off cold and flu. Because it is made up of all nutritive herbs , it can be used abundantly and frequently as a medicinal food.

I like to drink a shot of it every morning to rev up my immune system. I also like to put it on my winter salads and vegetables. If I feel a cold or flu coming on, I will hit it hard with a tablespoon or 2 every 2 hours until symptoms are gone. It also helps to clear my sinuses when I’m stuffed up.
This is an essential product to have on hand during cold and flu season. Yes it’s spicy but the honey adds a little sweetness to round it out. If you’re not used to spice, start light, and titrate up to your tolerance.
To up your cold and flu ammo, I recommend using in conjunction with our elderberry syrup.
