Plantain Tincture

Description

Plantain leaves (Plantago lanceolata) in organic vodka.

Plantain can help support the urinary system, especially if prone to urinary tract infections (dilute tincture in a large glass of water for this purpose).  It can also help to soothe irritable, dry coughs (NOT for mucousy wet coughts), as well as lend support for many types of digestive ailments, including leaky gut, IBS/IBD, diverticulitis, acid reflux, and many other gastric disturbances.

Suggested use varies, based on what you are using it for.  Somewhere between 2-3 dropperfuls up to 3 times daily is a general starting point.  If using for a chronic imbalance, it is best to use over time (3 weeks to 6 months minimum).  Consult an herbalist for more specific information on how to tailor your dose to meet your unique needs.
