Mullein leaf is a respiratory tonic and trophorestorative for the lungs. It supports all manner of respiratory issues, including congested lungs, coughing, throat and lung irritation and asthma. Mullein helps to open up air passageways and heal lung tissue, and is a great choice for respiratory irritation from wildfire smoke.
In recent years, mullein has also been used to lubricate the spine and joints, assisting with pain relief and enhancing pliability in the spine.
