Welcome to our latest Fire Cider flavor-Citrus Sunrise-it has all of the lovely fire cider staples (onion, garlic, horseradish, cayenne, ginger) plus a zesty citrus blend of lemons, satsumas, & grapefruit! With LOTS of other herbal goodness as well, along with apple cider vinegar and local honey for a spicy (with a hint of zesty sweet) immune supporting treat!
To use: I like to take a tablespoon or 2 of this every morning, to wake up my immune system. If I’m starting to feel under the weather, I’ll take 1-2 tablespoons every hour or 2, until I’m feeling better. (For extra immune support I recommend also taking our Elderberry Elixir at the same time). I also like to add it to salad dressings, marinades, veggies, basically anything that calls for vinegar. Some folks also like to add it to sparkling water for a zesty and refreshing beverage.
